Gustav Granlund

Gustav is a driven, positive, and solution-oriented individual. He began his professional career as a reserve officer in the navy and later pursued further education in informatics. Over the past ten years, he has primarily focused on integrating business systems and automating processes. Throughout the years, he has held roles and assignments as a project manager, Scrum Master, product owner, and architect. Learning new things and continuing to develop is important to him as it contributes to improving his work and strengthening his personal brand. He leads an active life with his wife and three children, and besides his family, he finds great joy when standing at the top of a steep slope with untouched powder snow or enjoying a soccer game at Gamla Ullevi stadium.

Ara Faridi

With extensive experience in product development within the automotive industry, Ara joined Biner in 2021. The driving force was to work with digitalization and to broaden her experience through the consulting industry's opportunities to test different sectors. Ara has worked as a business analyst and project manager in international environments and has a great interest in new technology and innovations. According to Ara, the best thing about Biner is that we are a company that promotes competence development and allows individuals to grow. Ara is an active person who starts her days with a workout, which makes her both happier and stronger. In her free time, she enjoys dancing and swimming.

Louise Fundin

Louise has been working at Biner since 2018. Among the reasons for choosing Biner were the opportunities for education and development, and in addition to her project management skills, she has expanded her knowledge in other tools and methods such as Safe, BABOK, and TOGAF. Louise has extensive experience in project management, business development, and organizational change within large complex organizations. As a person, she is positive, helpful, and structured, appreciating working efficiently and meticulously. Louise is originally from Borås but has settled by the sea in Frillesås. Her free time is spent with family and friends. With a background in swimming, she enjoys spending time in the water with her children or working on ongoing renovation projects in her old house with a large garden.

Azra Semic

It was the strong values and the opportunity to work with recruitment and personnel issues that caught Azra's attention at Biner. She comes from the recruitment and staffing industry, and the reason she chose to work in HR was primarily the rewarding and varied work, as well as the opportunity to get to know new people. Her colleagues describe her as driven, reliable, and someone who thrives on new challenges. Outside of work, Azra engages in various activities with her partner and friends, and she usually spends summers in Croatia and Bosnia, where she is originally from.

Claude Christensson

Claude is an experienced and skilled agile Business Analyst who has worked in several industries. Although Claude spent a few years in the world of architecture, it was digitalization that captured his interest. He is positive, analytical, and a structured person who produces excellent requirements by continuously seeking feedback from stakeholders. A major driving force for him is to foster team collaboration by creating an atmosphere of trust and openness. The main reason Claude chose Biner was that he didn't want to stagnate in his professional development and saw the opportunity to be part of Biner's competent and experienced team. Something that truly brings joy to Claude is the people around him, both friends and colleagues. He appreciates an energizing environment and doesn't shy away from dancing or singing karaoke until the early hours of the morning.

Petter Ekfeldt

For over a decade, Petter has worked in the software industry and enjoys being part of a value-creating process. Thanks to his academic background in economics, technical understanding from the software industry, and curiosity to understand the user, he has found a winning recipe for capturing both functional and business values in product development and project management. Watching things come to life, from creative ideas through practical problem-solving to tangible products, is something he loves about his job. Petter is eager to learn new things, solution-oriented, and dependable. During his free time, he spends time with his family in their townhouse. He enjoys going on everyday adventures with his two daughters. When he manages to find some time for himself, he spends it on a climbing wall or getting creative with paint in a project.

Elin Birkestad

Elin is a senior project manager with experience in product development and operational excellence, primarily within large global organizations. She is also a skilled business analyst accustomed to working with challenging requirements and has the expertise to translate the relationship between business goals, business needs, and project objectives into concrete strategies. She finds her work highly enjoyable and rewarding because it allows her to utilize various aspects of her skill set. Elin has many positive qualities, but some of her distinctive traits include being caring, educational, and solution-oriented. During her vacation, she enjoys traveling with her family, sailing, or reading a book.

Erica Vehlin

With a background in visual communication and presentation, Erica is our Marketing Coordinator with a foundation in e-commerce. She has called various parts of Sweden and Europe her home for 15 years but is now back where she was born and raised; Lindholmen. What sets Biner apart for Erica is its unique approach to the team and the individual. Having the opportunity to be a part of this team and constantly evolve, combined with the creative freedom and support provided to explore new ideas, is something she greatly values. Through her journey, Erica has accumulated knowledge and skills in her field but has also developed a deeper understanding of the importance of diversity and collaboration.

Basam Odisho

Basam has extensive experience in architecture with a focus on solving business problems in both the private and public sectors, in both national and international environments. Over the years, he has taken on various architect roles. One of his driving forces and most satisfying situations, according to Basam, is when he, together with the client, knows what needs to be done and then collaboratively works towards realizing that vision. Basam is a knowledgeable and loyal person who enjoys spending his free time with his family. For Basam, people and relationships are paramount; he is curious about others, interested in their ideas, visions, and motivations. He believes in being the change he wants to see in the world, which is why he volunteers in his spare time to help young people in disadvantaged areas find a way forward.

Tobias Olsson

Tobias is an experienced and competent Business Analyst with extensive experience in IT and digitalization. He has been working with us since 2021. Originally from a small town in Bohuslän, he has now returned to the West Coast after spending 7 years in Stockholm, where he worked both in the industry and as a consultant. Tobias is an enthusiastic, driven, and cheerful colleague who values the pleasant camaraderie among knowledgeable and motivated coworkers at Biner. Outside of work, Tobias devotes himself to his house, which provides ample opportunities for leisure projects both indoors and in the garden. Additionally, whenever he gets the chance, he also works on improving his golf swing.

Alexander Klaassen

Alexander is curious, analytical, and helpful, always seeking opportunities for improvement in even the smallest details. He brings extensive experience within the IT industry, primarily in large global organizations, where he has held roles as a product manager, business analyst, and solution architect. In 2016, he chose to join Biner because he saw a perfect match between what we had to offer and what he valued in his next career move. Driven by results, Alexander finds motivation in both seeing the bigger picture and delving into the finer details. During vacations, he enjoys spending time on a sailing boat along the Bohus Coast, and in snowy winters, he loves skiing.

Josefin Nilsson

Josefin joined Biner in the fall of 2021 to have the opportunity to develop her skills in agile work methods. With extensive experience in IT, she becomes curious when an IT organization faces new conditions and needs to change its way of working. Josefin enjoys challenging assignments, especially when the entire team is working towards the same goal and successfully achieves it. She finds it rewarding when the joy of success spreads throughout the group. As a person, Josefin is structured, efficient, and kind. Outside of work, she enjoys activities such as vegetable gardening, working as an athletics coach, and training her dog.

Andreas Lundgren

Andreas has been working with us since 2016 and has a broad experience in various roles, including business analyst, project manager, product owner, and scrum master. He holds several certifications in classical project methodology, agile methods, and frameworks such as SAFe. Andreas enjoys assisting customers in digital transformations and contributes with structure and commitment to finding efficient work methods. The talented colleagues and the opportunity to take part in various courses and competence development were what attracted Andreas to join Biner. He is driven by the desire to achieve fast results and to make team members feel proud of the value they deliver. Andreas is seen as driven, meticulous, and focused by his colleagues. Outside of work, he involves his family in mountain biking and seeks to find the ultimate bike park that suits the entire family.

Henrik Attefors

After having worked several summers as a life-guard, it is no wonder that Henrik likes to spend time on sun-drenched beaches by the sea. He enjoys fast-paced sports and is often seen in the forest on his mountain bike. He founded Biner to be able to help companies and organizations develop and improve their ability to drive change work in the interface between business and IT. He enjoys a cup of espresso from his advanced coffee machine.

Marcus Hansson

Marcus is a quality-conscious and knowledge-seeking colleague who has worked as a consultant throughout his professional life. His focus has been on implementing changes in digitized businesses in roles such as product owner, business analyst, and service/application manager. There are two primary things that Marcus values the most when working on assignments: measurable value creation and short feedback loops. As an adaptive individual with a background as a full-stack programmer, Marcus finds great joy in encountering things he doesn't know about. This curiosity drives him to learn more, often leading to diving into numerous Wikipedia articles. Outside of work, Marcus keeps himself busy with various activities. For instance, he runs Sweden's largest review site, kritiker.se. He enjoys orienteering with his family, delves into the world of wine, and even brews his own beer, all of which contribute to his diverse interests and passions.

Pernilla Borglin

Throughout her career, Pernilla has primarily worked on driving the development of IT and system solutions. She has experience in roles such as Product Owner, Team Lead, Solution Architect, as well as project and program manager. Pernilla excels at creating structure, both in deliverables and work processes, with an ability to understand what is truly needed and then translate it into implementable requirements. In 2017, Pernilla decided to focus more on requirements management and solution development, which led her to join Biner. According to her, the best thing about Biner is the incredible colleagues, with whom she can exchange experiences regarding roles, technology, work methods, and have fun together. Pernilla is a cheerful, knowledgeable, and structured individual, and you will often find her in the forest with the scouts or in dance and training facilities. Outdoor activities, dancing, and fitness are her passions.

Robert Hubinette

Robert is one of our talented colleagues, and he has experience in requirements analysis, architecture, business processes, and agile methods. He is a trained data engineer and began his professional career as a full-stack developer. Robert has been with Biner since its inception in 2001. One of the reasons he has stayed with Biner for so long is the sense of community, the opportunity for exciting assignments, and the fun activities we do together. Robert is calm, analytical, and structured. He appreciates analyzing the client's situation and describing it in a pedagogical manner using images and diagrams. Another thing he enjoys is listening to and playing music; he plays the guitar, synth, and drums. At home, there are ongoing projects, from renovating the house to building hi-fi equipment.

Marie Bredberg

Marie is one of our senior consultants who chose to join Biner in 2017. Since then, she has had a significant impact on our organization and now holds a key position as a Key Account Manager, where she leads our sales team. Marie is driven by the opportunity to bring ideas to life and loves to witness visions turning into reality. Her creativity and competence have made her an indispensable colleague. She is ambitious and constantly strives for personal and professional growth. Marie chose Biner for the freedom we offer to explore her own potential and for the opportunity for professional development among experienced colleagues who serve as constant sources of inspiration. She welcomes challenges and thrives when pushed beyond her comfort zone. Whether at work or at home, Marie always aims to achieve new levels of success. Sebastian Lindroos

Sebastian is a persistent advocate of agile working methods, and it was Biner's focus on agile practices and the interesting combination of competencies within the company that attracted him to work at Biner. He enjoys solving organizational problems, working closely with teams, and witnessing people's development. Sebastian thrives when working with engaged individuals who share his ambition and drive for continuous improvement. Originally from the Swedish-speaking part of Finland, Sebastian is patient, caring, and determined as a person. During vacations, he prefers to spend time with his family in their camper van, and since trail running is his main hobby, he seeks out exciting nature experiences through his outdoor adventures.

Martin Kvarnered

After many years in line organizations, Martin started working at Biner in 2017. He is a driven, curious, and versatile individual who is passionate about business development and leading change projects. He possesses extensive experience in B2B, agile digital transformation, and business development within digital solutions. Working in teams and leveraging different competencies to achieve goals is something that Martin appreciates. Creating clarity in purpose and goals, and seeing the big picture in the details, motivates and fosters engagement in his work. Among other reasons, Martin chose Biner for its positive and open culture, where the focus is on development and individual responsibility, and where fun activities are enjoyed together. Outside of work, Martin is a youth leader in the local football club, spends time with family and friends, and tries to squeeze in a round of golf whenever he can.

Kristina Scheutz

Kristina likes the challenge of delivering courses in an educational and inspiring way. In her role as a consultant, she always has the customer's needs in focus and is driven by solving the challenges the customer faces. At Biner, she is given the opportunity to develop in her roles as course leader and consultant through Biner's large range of courses and it's competent employees. When the weather allows, she likes to swim in the sea and wander in the forest looking for mushrooms and berries.

Lars Lundgren

Lars is originally from Gothenburg, likes dogs and skiing and is inspired by Emmanuel Macron. He started Biner 2001 together with Henrik Attefors. The goal is to make Biner the leading consultancy company in Gothenburg in the interface between business and IT.

Karina Åberg

Karina is passionate about leading and developing individuals and organizations to their full potential. With extensive experience in software development, she has held many leadership roles with a focus on developing, ensuring quality, and driving change in both products and organizations. Karina is a humble, reliable, and goal-oriented person, and she also has a good understanding of change management. She enjoys having multiple projects and responsibilities, which has been crucial to balancing family, hobbies, and professional life. During vacations, Karina likes to spend time with family and friends, and she enjoys planning various activities. She has also developed an interest in cross-country skiing after the entire team at Biner participated in Stafettvasan in 2020.

Jon Nordhammer

When we launched Biner, Jon was already part of the team. Jon has significant experience in business development and product management, particularly in complex and business-critical development projects. A strong motivation for Jon is to create maximum value for users through clear, simple, and logical interaction design. He is also deeply interested in making a complex system landscape come together in a stable and secure manner, such as global solutions with large volumes of data and users spread across the world. According to Jon, the best things about Biner are the opportunities for competence development, interesting assignments, and many social activities. His colleagues describe him as a responsible, clear, and driven individual who enjoys creative and innovative work. During weekends, Jon likes to spend time at home with his family, play ice hockey, or go mountain biking.

Linda Eiterjord

Linda is a well-liked colleague known for her organizational skills, drive, and reliability. Over the years, she has primarily worked in international environments, leading the delivery of business-critical integration projects. Additionally, Linda has experience in the public sector, where she has worked on the integration of healthcare information systems and served as a product owner in the field of finance. She has an agile mindset, driven to improve and optimize processes, work in teams, and learn about new businesses. Being surrounded by colleagues with high competence and ambition, where they coach and share knowledge and experiences, is something that inspires Linda. When she is not supporting and leading our customers through critical projects, she spends time with her family and friends, enjoys horseback riding, and stays active with training. One of Linda's remarkable achievements and cherished travel memories is when she successfully climbed the 6,962 meters high Aconcagua.

John O'Neill

ohn wanted to work for a company that hires people and not just tries to fill roles, so he chose to join Biner in the autumn of 2017. He has extensive and solid experience in IT and digitalization and enjoys working on projects that require him to develop his skills and gain new knowledge. John was born in Ireland but raised in Canada, and when he's not working, he loves to travel to meet his family and friends.

Jesper Gunnarsson

One of the things that attracted Jesper to join Biner in 2011 was how the company profiles itself and its employees. Jesper has been one of our course leaders in agile practices for a long time, an area in which he has extensive and solid experience. He has held roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, RTE, and Agile Coach. Jesper coaches individuals and teams as well as entire organizations, including management teams. Jesper has an agile blog on this website where he regularly shares insights, and he also hosts an agile podcast called #LÄTTRÖRLIGT with his podcast partner Alex, where they discuss agile practices, change management, and leadership. In his free time, Jesper enjoys spending time at his cottage in Askim, where he uses one of his five grills to prepare delicious meat dishes or focuses on training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in which he recently won a European Championship gold medal.

Fredrik Jalve

Fredrik is a trained civil engineer and has been a part of Biner since 2008. He chose Biner because the company shared his view on how business and IT should collaborate to create effective organizations. An essential aspect for Fredrik is the importance of consultants having a broad understanding of what it takes to run a business, enabling them to apply IT-related expertise to various situations, industries, and environments. For 25 years, he has been working to help organizations use IT to achieve their goals and become more efficient. Fredrik is focused, results-oriented, and driven to help people succeed in their jobs. Outside of work, he spends time at his vacation home in Orust. He enjoys being by the sea, skiing, playing the guitar, cycling for exercise, or spending time with his son.

Daniel Bjarsch

Daniel has extensive experience and knowledge within his areas of expertise, which he constantly deepens and updates with the latest developments. With a background in IT across various industries and organizational forms, he has gained a profound insight and understanding of the problems and challenges that most people face today, as well as the transformations that need to be made. Combining theoretical knowledge and best practices with a practical and adaptable approach to significant challenges is what drives and challenges Daniel, always with a strong focus on continuously delivering real improvements. His colleagues describe him as smart, fun, and precise, and it was the opportunity to work in a smaller and more flexible organization that led Daniel to choose Biner in 2015.

Mixon Stenhamn

When Mixon had reached the peak of his career and run his own company for 18 years, he saw the opportunity for further collaboration with talented colleagues and therefore decided to join Biner. It was in the year 2014, and Mixon has been working at Biner since then. He is always cheerful, positive, and curious, enjoying meeting and interacting with all kinds of people and personalities. He values the opportunity to build knowledge, experiences, and memories together with others. Additionally, he is someone to hold on tight to during storms - Mixon has completed several survival courses both on land and at sea.

Mattias Kronberg

Mattias is a competent and loyal colleague with a solid background in IT and digitalization. He has worked with agile methods, requirements management, and business process improvement. Throughout most of his career, Mattias has been a consultant and has taken the long path from being a full-stack developer to becoming a business developer and agile coach. He thrives best when he can act as the link between business and IT and, with good structure and clear communication, can focus on making the most of the available resources. Mattias loves innovation and automating tasks to free up time for other things. Humor plays an important role in his life, and he is a curious individual. Outside of work, Mattias builds a Minecraft world with his sons, exercises, takes cold baths, and spends time with friends.

Philip King

Philip is the trail runner originally from the United Kingdom but now residing in Hindås, just outside of Gothenburg. With a solid background in IT and digitalization, Philip has also held several significant roles such as Business Analyst, Enterprise Architect, and Product Owner. Philip is goal-oriented, determined, and a major reason he works in his current field is his passion for understanding a problem and working with his team to deliver a solution. He appreciates working as a consultant because it allows him to engage directly in a project, being hands-on where there is a clear need and problem to solve. A significant part of Philip's life is undoubtedly running, but beyond that, the time spent with his wife and two teenage boys is central to him.

Anders Jägard

Anders is one of our IT consultants who, in recent years, has specialized in teams and how people interact and work together. He is driven by working with individuals, teams, and products at the intersection of technology and business development. With extensive experience in roles such as RTE, Scrum Master, Project Manager, and line manager, Anders has honed his expertise in this domain. The reason Anders works with agile practices is primarily because he has always been a team player with ambition and a desire to drive improvement efforts to perform at his best and have fun along the way. He is an experienced Vasaloppet skier and is known for his positive, curious, and engaged personality. When he's not skiing, Anders spends his free time enjoying wine and delicious homemade food with family and friends.

Andreas Bengtsson

Andreas is a competent and structured individual who is driven by learning, personal growth, and helping others. From a young age, he had a keen interest in IT, and it was only natural for him to work in the field of digitalization. Andreas has previously worked at companies like Ericsson, Telia, VGR, as well as a couple of smaller firms before joining Biner in 2023. In recent years, Andreas has focused on architecture, visualizing business processes, and producing decision support materials. The reason Andreas chose to work at Biner was to further his development in architecture and collaborate with skilled and experienced colleagues. Outside of work, Andreas spends his time on various house projects or enjoying nature. One of his best memories is from a round trip to Iceland, which he describes as an incredibly beautiful place.

Joel Rönnqvist

Joel is an experienced software developer with knowledge in systems science from Lindholmen. He has worked in roles such as developer, scrum master, and product owner, and he thrives best when he can combine technology and business. His strengths lie in working closely with both technology and the business, building trust with both groups. Joel strives to grow and develop in areas such as leadership, change management, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). In his free time, Joel engages in training by mixing activities like running, cycling, and crossfit. He also has an interest in gaming, politics, and societal issues.

Anna Boman

Anna's roots lie in the world of economics, and she has since woven her career threads into the IT industry. In roles such as Product Manager and Product Owner within global organizations, she brings significant experience in financial transactions and backend systems. Anna's driving force comes from constantly embracing challenges and daring to push her limits. With a focus on business analysis and agile methodologies, she approaches the opportunity to delve into the details with enthusiasm, while also recognizing the importance of understanding the big picture. Often described by colleagues and supervisors as positive and proactive, she is always ready to lend support to both friends and employers. Outside of work, Anna enjoys British TV series, particularly crime dramas, and nurtures a dream of one day creating her own lush garden or tending to an allotment.

Hampus Dahlin

Hampus is a versatile agile coach with a unique background that combines technical expertise with soft skills such as requirements management and business development. He finds his motivation in exploring the interfaces between different areas of knowledge, whether it is software architecture and programming or agile methods and behavioral economics. When Hampus is not working, he devotes himself to training, especially to a "svensk klassiker", enjoys live concerts and sporting events, and is always ready for adventures such as skiing, surfing, hiking or simply enjoying good food and drink.

Martin Sylvesten

Martin is a driven, social, and responsible person, who has worked in IT consulting for just over 10 years. He has a background in architecture, ERP implementation, project management, delivery responsibility and team leading. Martin is motivated by learning new things and he likes to take on complex projects. Challenging himself in both his work and private life is something Martin is driven by. He became interested in Biner because of the community and the niche we have towards agile project management. In his spare time, Martin devotes himself to mountain biking, which is one of his great interests. He also has a great interest in cooking and when he is free he likes to spend time with family and friends. On top of that, he has a big project going on renovating his house. But the best thing he knows is to spend a lot of time with his children.

Johan Isaksson

Johan is a loyal, happy and confident person with extensive experience as a digital leader. He values cooperation and believes in people's ability to achieve success together. Johan has worked for many years as a leader on both the consulting and customer side, where he had the privilege of leading talented teams towards several different deliveries. According to Johan, the best thing about Biner is the pleasant collaboration with the colleagues. When he is not working, he enjoys being at home on the island in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, where he lives with his family. In his free time, Johan likes to exercise, eat at different restaurants and travel. One of his most memorable trips was to Italy, Rome, where he spent time with his family.

Kristina Jorstedt

Kristina is fundamentally an economist and as a person is meticulous, loyal and analytical. With several years of professional experience in finance, and a strong passion for numbers, she has built up considerable expertise in the accounting field. Kristina thrives best when she is faced with challenging problems and above all when everything comes together and on the last line. Kristina originally comes from Östersund, but has been living in Gothenburg for several years with her husband and her two children. Two of Kristina's biggest interests are Icelandic horses and travelling. A memorable moment was when she got to combine these and gallop across the Pampas.

Annie Livchitz

Annie is a responsive, solution-oriented team player with a background in e-commerce. She has extensive experience in both startup companies and consulting, where she acted as Product Owner and Project Manager for various organizations in both Gothenburg and the rest of Europe. Annie originally comes from Stockholm, but now lives in Gothenburg with her partner and two children. When she is not working, Annie spends a lot of time with her children. She also enjoys singing in a choir, kayaking and gardening. When she has time to spare, she often works on the renovation of her summer cottage.

Matthias Reinhold

Matthias is an experienced computer engineer who has had a large part of his career in R&D activities and software development in Telco and connectivity for automotive. As a person, Matthias is result-oriented, communicative and pragmatic. He has a lot of knowledge and experience from various technical roles, such as developer, architect and more recently with operational business focus in the form of product owner. For Matthias, meeting other people is what creates productivity and what he appreciates most about Biner is the great focus on collaboration and development. In his free time, Matthias has a great interest in various activities such as paddling, kayaking and gym training. In addition to this, he also enjoys seeing the world and enjoying good food and drink.

Christoffer Snobl

Christopher is a creative, analytical, and educational person with a strong drive. He thrives on development and is challenged by the status quo. In business development, he led a major change in the transaction logic of a SaaS application, where he integrated physical movements into the system's logic. He played a central role in improving transport optimization in supply chain applications, where he was deeply involved in requirements specifications and system evaluations. In his free time, Christopher dedicates himself to travel, sports, and cooking. He values time with friends and family and has an interest in archaeology, natural wines, and art.
