This 2-day course will give you a comprehensive overview of DevOps-skills required to speed up time-to-market by enhancing value flow through a Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
Participants will learn how to map value stream through a Delivery Pipeline, from idea to revenue as well as how to identify and eliminate bottlenecks. You will also learn how to make a implementation plan of DevOps for your organization.
The course will give you an understanding of the complete value flow - from Continuous Exploration, Continuous Integration, over Continuous Deployment to Release On Demand. Together we will do a walkthrough of how SAFe's CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) relates to DevOps, which will help you create a culture of shared responsibility for progress. Combined it will help you synchronize people, processes and technology in the whole organization to reach quicker time-to-market.
After the course you will be able to produce, support and perform an implementation plan to enhance your organizations Delivery Pipeline. The course also prepares you for SAFe® DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification exam included in the course fee.
What is SAFe®?
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) will help you and your company with the challenges around developing and releasing products and systems in a bigger scale at the shortest possible timeframe.
You will synchronize and align deliveries from multiple agile teams. As SAFe is scalable and configurable it is possible for organizations to tailor the way of working according to business needs.
SAFe supports small scale organizations between 50-125 practitioners as well as complex environments which requires thousands of practitioners.
SAFe describes roles, responsibilities, artefacts and activities that are necessary to conduct large scale Lean-Agile development.

SAFe way of working is well established and has evolved through practice and refinement to achieve a comprehensive way to develop complex systems and software in a Lean-Agile way. The foundation of the framework has three primary sources of knowledge: Agile development, System thinking and Lean product development.
